We have finanicial plans for every product and the plan can tailored to include maintanance over a certain period , all our products do already come with a 5 year warranty and we able to fix , maintain or replace any product that has mulfunctioned after purchase.

Any product purchased from innovate will be equipped with a possible service plan and the plan will describe the particular type of service arrangement for the product be it a printer , pabx or copier.
Products Repairs will take 1 to 3 business days , according to the maintainance specialist a more specific date and time is issued when the mahcine is in their hands and has been checked .
Each machine purchased through us will have a 9 months to 5 year warranty. if anything happens within the listed time period you may call our maintainance team and a replacement machine will be delievered to you.
NO! For printers and copiers we are a licensed ink cartrage provider and recommend that you do not buy ink refills for copiers and printers purchased from us .
